Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

General Terms & Validity

Expiration: Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. The exact expiry date is printed on the voucher; once this date has passed, the voucher cannot be used or extended.
Activation Period: Vouchers purchased online are valid for use 48 hours after the transaction. Vouchers purchased in-person at the Centre are valid for immediate use.
Restrictions: Vouchers are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be used to purchase other gift vouchers.
Security: This voucher features a unique reference code which must be quoted at the time of booking. We are not responsible for vouchers that are lost, stolen, or destroyed. Photocopies will not be accepted.

Booking & Lessons

Advance Booking: All activities must be pre-booked via telephone. We recommend booking well in advance as availability—particularly on weekends—is limited.
Family Private Lessons: This experience covers a private lesson for 2 adults and 2 children (4 people total). All participants must be of the same ability level. Additional participants may be added for a supplement, subject to availability at the time of booking.
Age Requirements: * Skiing / Toboggan / Sno-tubes: Minimum age 4 years.
- Snowboarding: Minimum age 9 years.
Equipment & Clothing: Please check our website for minimum clothing requirements (e.g., gloves, long sleeves, and trousers).
Credit on Account: For multi-lesson vouchers, the first lesson must be booked immediately; subsequent lessons will be held as credit on the account for future use within the validity period.

Promotions & Resale

Exclusions: Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any special promotions, discount tokens, coupons, or cards.
Third-Party Sales: Vouchers may not be sold to third parties or via the internet without our express written consent. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel vouchers sold via unauthorized channels.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cooling Off Period: The original purchaser is entitled to a 14-day refund period, provided the voucher remains unused.
Refund Process: To request a refund, please email info@jnlchatham.co.uk with your original receipt.
- Note: Vouchers purchased in-person via cash or PDQ will be refunded via the original payment method at the Centre.
Activity Cancellations: Once a specific date/time is booked using a voucher, the Centre’s standard cancellation and "no-show" policies apply.

Experience Vouchers are valid on the specified activity stated on the voucher only and cannot be used on other activities.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND PROCEDURE

The purchaser of the voucher is entitled to a 14-day 'cooling off' period provided the gift voucher is returned unused and with the original receipt within 14 days of purchase, after which a full refund will be made. If you need to return/refund a gift voucher, please email info@jnlchatham.co.uk
