This voucher is valid 48 hours after purchase, for 12 months.

This voucher features a unique reference code, which must be quoted at the time of booking and redemption. This voucher is non transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Photocopies will not be accepted and all bookings must be made in advance. Group lessons are timetabled lessons and the Centre offers them at various times of the week subject to availability. Booking for first lesson required other lessons are then held in credit on account ready for use.

Pre booking required via telephone. Offer only available on weekends subject to availability. Ski or snowboard lesson is a private lesson for 2 adults & 2 children. (Additional no.s may be possible) All must be of the same ability. Snowboarding lesson available for over 9 years only. Skiing 4 years up. Age restrictions apply on toboggan and sno-tubes (4 Years Up) See the website for more info on the activities and minimum clothing requirements.

Gift Vouchers terms and conditions (Purchased through partner Gift Pro Website)

Gift Vouchers are valid for a year from purchase. The gift voucher expiration date will be stated on them and cannot be used after that date.
Vouchers cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed.
Vouchers cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash or other denominated vouchers.
Experience Vouchers are set to a specific activity and no change will be given.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND PROCEDURE
